These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ldtoto platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and use ldtoto's services. Age and identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.
Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited without prior notice.
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We accept BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard turnover requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. Full conditions are detailed in Section 7.
ldtoto uses certified RNG technology and 256-bit SSL encryption. Any use of cheating software, collusion, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.
These Terms are governed by international gaming law applicable to the jurisdiction in which ldtoto is licensed. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration before any legal proceeding.
Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ldtoto ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") operating at https://ldtoto.cam. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you irrevocably agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Access to and use of ldtoto's services is strictly subject to the following eligibility conditions:
Age Restriction: ldtoto enforces a strict 21+ policy. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned to the original payment method, and all winnings forfeited.
To use ldtoto's services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), email address, and contact details.
Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, identity number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. ldtoto reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances and bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify ldtoto immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ldtoto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any information provided during registration or thereafter is found to be false, misleading, or outdated, ldtoto reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold withdrawals pending verification, and, where fraud is suspected, terminate the account and refer the matter to relevant authorities.
ldtoto operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations.
ldtoto aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may require up to 5 business days. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
ldtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the account lifecycle — including when processing large withdrawals, detecting unusual account activity, or conducting periodic compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
ldtoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Transactions originating from accounts denominated in foreign currencies will not be accepted. ldtoto does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification checks consistent with our AML obligations.
Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are processed in real time. ldtoto is not responsible for delays caused by banking infrastructure, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or force majeure events outside our control.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ldtoto strictly prohibits deposits made from third-party accounts. Any funds identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered user will be held pending investigation and may be returned.
To be eligible for withdrawal, a User must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and must not be subject to any active account review or suspension. Withdrawal requests submitted while an account investigation is ongoing will be held until the review is concluded.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI) or e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) registered in the same name as the ldtoto account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. Please contact customer support for your account's specific withdrawal ceiling.
ldtoto does not charge withdrawal fees. Any bank transfer charges levied by the receiving financial institution are the sole responsibility of the User.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional offers made available by ldtoto are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are as follows:
Bonuses that are not claimed within the promotion validity window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, will automatically expire. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
ldtoto actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or opposing wagers to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotions, and registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once. Where abuse is identified, ldtoto reserves the right to void the bonus, reclaim credited amounts, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the account.
Certain promotions may be restricted to specific player segments, account tiers, game categories, or geographic regions within Indonesia. Eligibility criteria will be clearly stated on each promotion page. ldtoto's determination of promotion eligibility is final.
All wagers placed on the ldtoto Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or market rules. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
Sports betting markets on ldtoto cover a wide range of events including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voor bola (handicap) markets, and live in-play betting are all available subject to market availability and event-specific rules.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws follow published schedules. Results are final once officially declared. Ticket purchases cannot be reversed after the draw has commenced. Payouts are calculated according to the odds displayed at the time of ticket purchase.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum time required for settlement; obvious pricing or data errors are identified prior to settlement; or a wager is placed after the official start time of an event due to a technical error on the Platform.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and vary by market, game type, and account tier. ldtoto reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where unusual wagering patterns are detected.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ldtoto Platform and will result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the ldtoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ldtoto or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling any Platform software; or any commercial use of ldtoto's brand identity or intellectual property without express written consent.
ldtoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data practices include: collection of identity and payment information for KYC and AML compliance; processing of betting activity data for account management and responsible gaming monitoring; use of cookies and session data to improve Platform performance; and retention of records for the minimum periods required by applicable regulatory standards. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
ldtoto is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. A full suite of responsible gaming tools is available to all registered users, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Nothing in this clause limits ldtoto's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
ldtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice before the revised Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ldtoto holds its operating licence. The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
